Massive path hole just before heading up the bridge on A40 (heading towards Baker Street). It dammaged my tire/puncture side wall

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2522793.

Huge and deep path hole gets covered with water. I couldn’t see it and drove over it. Instantly damaged my front left tire/side wall puncture. Replacement and realignment (as minimum) required. Possible other damages (will get it checked for). Happened on Saturday 30/01 at 8.40pm

    Popped my front-right tyre on this section of the A40 at 3am on the 4th March, heading east. Car required a flat-top AA to recover the car as it was undrivable.
