Drain cover rocking/broken

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2524045.

The drain cover on the road outside New Convent Church SE1 5BA is broken and now causes vibrations throughout the area every time a large vehicle drives over. There is also a broken man hole cover opposite the road which have been reported but yet to be resolved so both issues together is annoyingly loud even through use of ear plugs.
