Manhole in crossing across commercial street near junction of fournier street is lose and clattering. it can be heard all the way down fournier street inside home and is impacting dozens of residents on fournier street and commercial road.

Still not actioned. Mangold clatters and can be heard 4 blocks away. Dozens of homes are being affected all night long.
