Unsafe tree branch overhanging our garden

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2530126.

These branches overhang the areas where my children play (in our front garden). There is a gap on this branch and some of the trees look like they might have damaged or unsafe branches higher up. Please could someone perhaps trim this branch off and double check and deal with anymore. Thank you :-)
