Push button seems to be jammed

Reported via desktop in the General Fault category anonymously at 13:06, Monday 8 February 2021

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2533468.

The "wait" button on the pedestrian crossing outside the tube station is continuously illuminated so I assume the mechanism is jammed/stuck. The lights are continuously going red causing holdups on the A24, which is a busy road. Has no-one else reported this? Londoners are a funny old crowd, aren't they? Touchpad traffic lights are the answer. It's been like this for a couple of weeks to my knowledge.
