Unrepaired manhole cover

Reported via desktop in the Debris in the carriageway category anonymously at 13:48, Tue 9 February 2021

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2535921.

For at least 3 years there has been a plastic cover and some old red/white tape covering a manhole cover in place. Whatever underneath the plastic cover needs repairing. I live in Somerton Avenue and have to walk/drive this every day and looks unsightly. Before Kingsway on the opposite side of the road on Clifford Ave next to railings. Someone needs to drive around and check things like this in the area. Please repair and remove the mess.
