The subway is completely underwater, you need a snorkel or boat to pass

I'm afraid the works have not been completed to the correct standard. As you can see - the subway is still not passable and is still underwater. Cyclists/Pedestrians can not pass through putting them in greater danger by having to use the A312.

3 weeks on and still no response from you. The issue is still there, the underpass is still flooded and unusable. Will is take an injury or a report directly to the MP to have any action taken or a simple response given?
