Noisy rattling manhole cover in front of Dominos Pizza, The Highway

Extremely noisy, loose, rattling manhole cover in front of Domino's pizza on The Highway/Artichoke Hill- E1W 2BG. Residents unable to sleep as fast-moving non stop heavy traffic, especially during off peak hours and at night. First reported in Dec., presumed 'fixed' the week before but not correct. Noise level reduced for 3 days last week, and then back to rattling and echoing high level of noise, So either not fixed at all or a temporary ineffective job done. Please get it fixed asap.
