There has been a diversion in place at Grosvenor Crescent (entering from Hyde Park Corner) due to works at the Pensinular Hotel Construction. Can you let us know how long this diversion will be in place and why its in place as there seems to be little if no activity at the site. Its causing congestion also entering Belgravia. Clive Knott - Belgravia Residents Association (Traffic).
