Noisy manhole cover by bus stop g on tottenham high road

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2554709.

The manhole cover is causing a loud clanging noise whenever vehicles go past on it . This is a recurring issue. It was fixed temporarily before by using tarmac however now the same problem has occurred again. There needs to be a more permanent fix done ASAP. The manhole cover is directly opposite the Tesco.
