Out of Light - Lamp Column HS015 on High Street, Colliers Wood

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2557834.

Was initially reported on reference FMS2366251 and was fixed however the light has now been out for 2 weeks. This raises safety concerns especially for pedestrians during the night time. This needs to ben investigated ASAP please.
