Pedestrian crossing keeps turning red

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2562167.
Crossing is a pedestrian controlled crossing which keeps turning red even without button being pressed or pedestrians near by. Happens at all times of day or night. Appears to be a fault where system immediately thinks button has been pressed once the light change back to green. Causing issues coming off of A3 due to short time between going from red to green constantly.
