Faulty right turn filter light

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2565737.

Not sure if you’ve been made aware however the right turn filter lights to turn right onto the A406 from Brownlow Road are not working. It has almost caused a couple accidents as cars are still in the middle junction when the other lights turn green. There is also a serious backlog of traffic as this is only allowing 2/3 cars to turn right at a time.
