The traffic light system is awful

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2571383.

The traffic light system does not work well. Vehicles never see the onward green light which means congestion builds up and people constantly beep. This has not improved over time and is incredibly disrupting for people living near by. Please stop marking this as fixed when it clearly hasn't been.
