Loose noisy manhole cover

Very noisy, loose, rattling manhole cover in front of Domino's pizza on The Highway/Artichoke Hill- E1W 2BG, disturbing residents now for three months. West-bound corner lane next to the pavement. First reported in Dec., again in Feb but still not fixed. Please get it fixed asap. Many thanks.
