Damaged utility cover, has a huge boulder on top, needs urgent attention and permanent fix. Reported originally to Islington Council, who referred to TfL

Your report has been investigated and we have reported this to our contractors. If this confirmed as a safety issue it will be made safe within two hours. If owned by us, we will carry out a permanent repair at a later date. If owned by others this will be passed to them for a permanent repair. Thank you for taking the time to report this to us.
