Traffic lights constantly going to green and beeping

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2584569.

The traffic light opposite the residential terrace at 33-37 Southwark Bridge Road SE1 9HH constantly goes to green, even though no pestrian wishes to cross the road. It does so every 90 seconds. The beeping causes nuisance and interferes with my well being. The traffic light also holds up traffic unnecessarily. Please fix this urgently.
