Road surface/segregation - cycle lane

Reported via desktop in the Pothole (minor) category anonymously at 16:35, Thursday 4 March 2021

Sent to TfL 5 minutes later. TfL ref: FMS2587261.

Recently, we were advised that the road surface between Tooting Broadway and Tooting Bec woudl be renewed as part of a longer stretch of roadworks. Well, it has, in patches. The cycle lanes remain in a disgraceful state (especially between Hereward and Hebdon Roads) the patched surface is poorly completed (compared with the recent comprehensive re-tarmacing of Trinity Road from Tooting Bec towards the Firestation). Also, many of the wands used to separate the cycle path from th main carriageway have either been knocked over, broken, or not replaced (see Gatton Road/Totterdown Street where turning from right from the former onto Upper Tooting Road, or turning right from the main road into Totterdown Street was prevented by wands). It's just a mess. I have to say, the Trinity Road resurfacing is lovely...but Tooting High Road/Tooting High Street could do with the same attention. Please. Happy to walk you through it all if you come to visit.
