Horribly noisy manhole cover for half a year

Reported via desktop in the Manhole Cover - Damaged (rocking or noisy) category anonymously at 09:36, Mon 22 March 2021

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2625020.

Just at the front entrance of Domino's Pizza, 50 The Highway is a loose manhole cover making deafening non stop noise. Unable to sleep or work. Been there for several months around half a year. Reported as 'fixed' twice but was never fixed. Seems really loose by now and probably a danger to vehicles too. Please fix it urgently. Thank you.

  • NOT FIXED. STILL RATTLING 11 April 2021. Reported many times repeatedly since December but never attended to, simply falsely declared as fixed after each report.

  • Sorry to state that TFL status given today is wrong. It has NOT BEEN FIXED. It has NEVER even been attended to though many have been reporting it since last year. No one has visited this site. What should we do? Thank you.

  • Still NOT FIXED. Reported many times since last year. Each month it is simply declared as fixed without attending to it. Who can help if not TFL? Thanks.
