Wait button does work immediately and green crossing light is very delayed
Reported via desktop in the Pedestrian wait button not working category anonymously at 20:53, Thu 25 March 2021
Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2634174.
The button to stop traffic doesnt work on the first attempt and when it does there is a significant delay in the light crossing to turn green. I have experienced this for a week,
This is proving to be a dangerous issue given that the traffic lights are located next to an infant school. I witness a boy crossed the road when the light turned green and immediately went red. Please attend to this immediately to avoid any accidents.
