Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2639656.
Approximately 4 upturned trolleys partially blocking the paved area of the pedestrian crossing across the by-pass - seen on the way to work yesterday morning and still there on the way home from work - hindering, somewhat, anyone using mobility scooters.

I had the following message after reporting this problem - Thank you for your report. We don’t handle this type of problem, so have passed it on to:
I THINK THIS IS NOT A TFL PROBLEM - THE TROLLEYS ARE NOT AT THE BUS-STOP - THEY ARE AT THE PEDESTRIAN CROSSING.
