Once again the TfL lights are stuck on red, causing massive queues and possible crashes (i witnessed 5 near misses whilst sitting on the bridge for 30 minutes) The incompetence of TfL reaches even greater heights. Just sort this mess out, twice in a few days. I had an appointment which was 10 minutes away in Shirley - and because of your incompetence AGAIN i was very late. Disgusting
