47 London Rd, scaffolding

Reported via desktop in the Hoardings blocking carriageway or footway category anonymously at 16:48, Tue 30 March 2021

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2643477.

There doesn’t appear to be a Scaffold licence ( this has been reported to Lewisham Council, but they have advised that this is TFL). However we are mainly concerned the footpath is being blocked without signage forcing pedestrians including school children, and those with buggies or generally less able etc to pass safely without steeping onto the A205. We have also seen heavy items being lifted with just a loop of rope. The scaffolding is located on 47 London Rd, SE23 3TY
