Temporary Traffic Lights

Reported via iOS in the General Fault category by Justin Cockett at 12:20, Wednesday 7 April 2021

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2657635.

These temporary traffic lights are causing absolute traffic nightmare. And yet there’s hardly any work going on. Please remove them and restore the road when there are no workmen carrying out any work. When the lights are in operation please organise the phasing to improve traffic flow. I think you’ll be better if the workmen used manual stop-go boards as it they would be able to better control the traffic flow it would also give an incentive to finish the work quickly. I’ll point out this work on the cycle lane is something nobody in the area once nobody wants to cycle lane which is proving an eyesore and a danger to traffic and pedestrians.
