Maintaining grass and litter on central reservation

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2658144.
The attached photo is of the central reservation on Lower Richmond Road A318 Trunk Road immediately after your people or contractors went through the motions of cutting the grass. This was done only using petrol strimmers (no lawn mowers of any kind) and no attempt was made to clear the rubbish. As you can see the results are awful. Could you please sort this out. The central reservations used to be maintained well by Richmond Council until TFL took over this job 2-3 years ago. Your contractors/ people clearly know that noone from TFL is ever going to check up on them.
