“Green man” knocked so can’t see it to cross safely
Reported via iOS in the Damage - pole leaning / equipment detached from pole/facing the wrong direction category anonymously at 20:25, Wed 7 April 2021
Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2658763.
Again the traffic light has been knocked by a lorry so the “green man” with directional shutters cannot be seen from standing in the central reservation to cross south to the cemetery from St Dunstans park. As this keeps happening, when realigning this light it might be worth removing the shuttering so the “green man” is still visible when knocked. The “red man” has no shuttering and us still visible, even though it is similarly misaligned at the moment.
