Manhole cover on Bromley Common A21 is rocking

The manhole cover is making a noise as it is loose and the two halves jump whenever a vehicle crosses them. This is adjacent to Holy Trinity Church on the southbound side of the road. The noise has become noticeably worse in the past fortnight and now keeps us awake at night!
