Sent to TfL 5 minutes later. TfL ref: FMS2675015.
Uneven surface near Earls Court Road (Stop G) bus stop in the middle of the road (on the central line). This has been there for a while and needs to be looked at as cars are avoiding it by driving between lanes and occasionally into on coming traffic.
