Large/deep pot hole on the transfer lane at the junction of the A12/Black Wall Tunnel approach North Side approaching the Black wall tunnel

There is a large/deep pot hole on the 2nd to central transfer lane. I hit the pot hole yesterday (15/04/2021) damaging my tyre and alloy wheel. The pot hole is dangerous and in a location with a 40 MPH speed limit.

I originally reported this with the local council not knowing that that part of the road belonged to TFL. Due to the size and depth of the pothole I had to replace my front tyre as it got damaged.
