Several streetlights out

My grandparents live just off the North Circular Road in Neasden and are currently experiencing issues that are leaving them frightened and insecure in their own home. As a bit of background they were broken into in the middle of the night about 18 months ago – my grandad literally had to fight off an intruder with a block of wood – since that time both he and my grandmother have been living in fear, and their distress is heightened by the fact that only one of the 6 street lights on the north circular round currently works. I assume this is a quick fix for you, but it is absolutely essential to the sense of security and mental well-being of my grandparents. It is genuinely impacting their mental health. The only light working is number 187 – so 184, 185, 186, 188 and 189 all don’t light up. It makes this stretch, right outside their home, a frightening place for them to live.
Please can this be looked into and rectified as soon as possible, if something happens to them because of this it will be unforgivable.

Hi i reported this and was told it would be sorted within 14 days. Still nothing has been fixed. Can i have an update please.

I just spoke to my grandparents and they assure me these lights still aren't on, despite me getting an email this morning saying status: fixed.
Why is this the case and what is going on please?
