Temporary roof scaffold oversailing the footway and will discharge rainwater on to footway as there is no guttering.

We have asked them to move the scaffolding so that it is no longer causing an obstruction, we will ask them to do this within 28 days.   • Thank you for taking the time to report this to us. It is much appreciated. We have investigated this and regrettably we do not have a record of the owner of this scaffolding. Our officers will attend the location and investigate the ownership. Once this has been confirmed we will report this to the owner and ask them to move the scaffolding so that it is no longer causing an obstruction. We aim to have this done within in 28 days, however, on some occasions this can take longer.
