RE: 000508-037240-GD-01-CLA Your claim against Transport for London Our ref: 000508-037240-GD-01 Further to my call earlier with TFL Claims Adjuster GBTPA I am extremely disappointed that despite many emails and phone calls your clients TFL have Not taken any action in the Removal of the tree as above. The roots of the tree are indeed damaging the Footpath ( very uneven and Dangerous) as well as the fabric and the foundations of our property. I have copied my solicitors Sam Pancholi Freeths LLP to this dangerous situation and will be looking at TFL to be on notice for any accidents as well as damage to the property... We have fixed the mains water leak with the help of Thames Water WHICH HAVE BEEN CAUSED BY THE ROOTS OF THE TREE penetrating under our property I trust you will inform TFL of the above immediately. Thank you Prakash Patel Pharmacist
