Traffic Light Stuck on Red at night time

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2697073.

Sensor on the light looks disconnected, I have been checking for last 2 weeks and last night I waited on the red light for 5min+ on an empty road than had to change my route.
