I have reported this in the past and feel the problem needs to be looked at more thoroughly as there are consequences to the buildings that have basements such as mine.

When there is heavy rainfall, the drains seem to get blocked along this red route and there must be defects in the drain walls below the road as mine and my neighbours basements have flooding. My neighbour who owns the Panas restaurant has severe flooding in his basement kitchen and some water has leaked against the inner walls of the basement in my property.

Therefore, when the drains floods you are putting at risk our buildings. These can damage the integrity of the foundation of these buildings. Please can you look into this and write to us as to why this keeps happening.
