Blocked pavements on both sides of road

Reported via desktop in the Pavement Overcrowding category anonymously at 16:39, Thu 6 May 2021

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2710541.

In York Place itself in the bit which is had red lines still in it, the pavement has been totally blocked on both sides of the road by a very busy junction controlled by traffic lights. The building site side of the pavement has been totally blocked by builders fencing. The other side of the road is a very narrow pavement leading on to another very narrow pavement via a blind right angle corner and this side has been blocked by a sign put there by the builders. There is no pedestrian access to this very busy junction with York Road.
