Wait over 25 minutes for next bus

The bus 267 has been a mess related to timetable, I have to wait 25 minutes for the next bus when before it was a 10 minutes wait. I get out of work at 7pm and the next bus after that is 7:25! It used to have a bus At 7:12 but for the past week I’ve been having to Uber home because I can’t wait 25 minutes in the cold. Politely ask for a better timetable
