Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2718059.

Comments: Very noisy, loose, rattling manhole cover since November 2020 on 50 The Highway, just outside Domino's Pizza, E1W 2BG, west-bound corner lane. Unable to sleep due to severe disturbance, even work during the day is affected. Has been reported at least 10-12 times-Streetcare, two phone calls to TFL (9 March, 22 Apr), Council form, Fix my Street. Every few weeks TFL FALSELY reports it as fixed. And the same story is repeated with another report by me and others, and a routine pat response that it has been fixed without fixing it. It has NEVER BEEN FIXED. The lane has never been closed, it has not been attended to even once.
