Huge filthy puddle frequently found at pedestrian crossing

Tooting Bec Road, pedestrian crossing near the southern end of Dr Johnson Avenue. On the north side of this double-width pedestrian crossing there is often a large deep puddle of filthy stagnant water in the gutter. It creates an obstacle for people crossing, and for manual wheelchair users it makes the wheels, and therefore also the hands, of wheelchair users wet and dirty. This is not only unpleasant, it's also a serious health hazard on account of the fact that the water is dirty and stagnant.

The puddle also creates a health hazard for children in baby buggies, and for pedestrians in general, as well as a difficulty for ambulant people with mobility problems who struggle to step over it.

Please fix this part of the road to smooth it out and prevent the accumulation of puddles at this location.

This is an unusual double-width pedestrian crossing, and both halves of the north side of the crossing need to be fixed.

I've attached an aerial view showing the exact location of the problem, and a recent photo of the filthy puddle.
