Sent to TfL less than a minute later.
TfL ref: FMS2722813.
The traffic light to turn right onto the a232 (turning into Locks bottom) from the a21 is stuck on red. I approached the red light at approximately 22.10 on Wednesday 12th May, and waited for it to turn green. Each of the other lights at the junction went through three full cycles, all the while I was waiting at the same red light. I estimate that I was at this light for around 4 minutes. I eventually had to pull away on a green light and go straight over instead and drive down the a21 towards Bromley Common (and had to turn around to then turn left into Locks bottom). As I pulled away to go straight (as already mentioned) I am quite sure that a traffic light camera flashes me. I had to move on and it was safe to do so. I will contest the driving fine/charge if I receive it.
