Blocked Drain /Gully

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2733487.
The drain on the road outside the property on the red route, Stanstead Rd - has flooded due to excess water and blockage and caused the whole lower floor flat to flood. The bathroom, kitchen and hallway is all flooded with water. This is so dangerous. Also more bad weather is forecast so it can happen again and the water is just not going anywhere! You need to get someone out urgently to clear the water and sort the drain!
More than one property was affected, I have videos of how bad the flooding was but am unable to attach. this is a recurring incident during heavy rain
