Bus lane not visibly opened to traffic

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2738615.

The right hand lane is closed to traffic due to a big blue pipe on Seven Sisters Road between Holloway Road and Finsbury Park. It looks like someone has tried to open the left hand bus lane to general traffic to ease congestion. But they've only taped bin bags to the blue bus lane signs on the right hand pavement, many of which are loose or missing completely. So all the traffic is using the middle lane, not the bus lane. Therefore lots of traffic!
