Abandoned lime/Uber red bike

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2746792.

There were two bikes attached to the railing. Someone has cut through one of the cables and taken one bike. One is still left and chained to the railings. Hopefully you know who to contact? 🤞🏼
