NOT FIXED Traffic lights sound needs switching off

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2750052.

This has been marked fixed again but still hasn't been rectified. The sound/beeping of the pedestrian crossing needs turning off.

The crossing sound is still present and is very loud and is a nuisance to residential residents. As requested numerous times by a number of neighbours can the crossing sound turned off on both these crossings (across Hermitage Road and Cross Green Lanes) they are not necessary to have sound and are much too loud for a residential area, especially considering a much bigger crossing down the road at Manor House station is silent and is not a residential area.

The sound is keeping my household and neighbours up at night and waking them up in the morning and is a constant disturbance all day and is audible on important work calls when residents are work from home all day - this is a real problem and needs to be addressed.

Again, please can this be made a silent crossing.
