There is loose paving slabs in front of entrance of the store as this has raised concerns from our customers.

This is clearly a major trip hazard which needs to be repaired. This is also causing issues with my staff is taking delivery (cage wheel getting stuck) due to uneven surface.

If this defect is confirmed as a safety issue this will be made safe within two hours. If a permanent repair is required, we will aim to carry it out within 28 days.
