Pavement drains blocked.

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2758741.
The series of drains along this pavement are blocked with leaves and debris. This has been reported several times but nothing done. In any moderate rain the pavement is flooded.

Please can this be addressed ASAP
Please see below image of the water pooling in front of Forsyth House. This occurs whenever it rains heavily and you literally have to walk through inches of water.

These drains are still blocked despite repeated complaints. Aside from the above, I reported on 4/7/19 ref:13568895, 22/8/19 ref: 13818607 and 31/5/21 ref: FMS 2758741. I have reports going back earlier. When will they drains be unblocked? The last attempt more than five years ago required spades and digging rather than a pump out.

The drains get blocked all the way back up towards lower richmond road toward Sainsbury's with leaves and debris. The entire stretch of path/drains needs to be cleaned
