CS1 portion needs fixing

Hello, ever since the building site of the new high rise in Seven Sisters left, this portion of the CS1 has been left in a dreadful state, missing signs, faded paint, massive pot holes where the pipes and wires were and missing manhole covers and so on. This yellow ramp has been there for months now, and what was meant to be a temporary solution to cover the missing manhole cover now seems to have become a permanent solution. Please fix this mess, replace the manhole cover and paint the sign to avoid having pedestrians all over the cycling lane.
