Turning Red and bleeping when no one there.

Lights are turning red when there is no one there and it is disturbing residents who are trying to sleep.

We have therefore referred it to our contractors, and you should see an improvement within 28 days.   • We have requested a traffic signals operative to investigate the volume/beep during the crossing phase and action as appropriate. please do note the volume must remain within acceptable levels in order to be used correctly by sight- impaired users
