Lights do not change when the button is pressed

Sent to TfL less than a minute later. TfL ref: FMS2783492.
Customer called again as the button has broken again. Customer said you press the button and it goes red at the control panel but the lights do not change.
This is very dangerous because children from the local schools cross the road at this crossing. this is an accident waiting to happen.

The red light that shows a pedestrian has pressed to cross is permanently lit but the lights never change to allow pedestrians to cross

We have therefore referred this to our contractors and it will be fixed within 28 days.
