Sent to TfL less than a minute later.
TfL ref: FMS2785698.
The timing between the cars and pedestrians is overlapping.
When it says green for pedestrians to go, it hasn't taken into account that there are a few cars that are still passing by and on occasions has almost caused a collision between drivers and pedestrians.
Please ensure that enough time is allowed for the last few cars to go by and then for pedestrians to then cross.
I am a parent with two children living in Gibson Gardens. My son almost got knocked over on the way to school because the lights have not been set correctly or safely. Please do fix them for the safety of all pedestrians.

Thank you for taking the time to report this to us. It is much appreciated. Having spoken to our operatives on site, the traffic management set up is as per the approved Traffic Management plans and Chapter 8.
It looks as though vehicles are jumping red lights of their own accord. To try and alleviate this issue, we have realigned the temporary signals and signage to give best visibility possible, we will also mark down temporary stop line and blackout the existing, hopefully this will help combat the issues.
We will also make contact with TfL Network Performance, to monitor the timings and see if any adjustments can be made.
