Manhole cover on commercial street near Fournier at the eat is loose. Dozens of homes are impact as far as two blocks away

If it is confirmed as a safety issue it will be made safe within two hours. If the manhole cover is owned by us, we will carry out a permanent repair at a later date.     The manhole cover is loose and making a very loud noise each time a car passes over it. This noise is causing a severe noise disturbance that can be heard throughout commercial and Fournier street. Please send someone to fix ASAP.
